7 Day nutritionally balanced menus for vegetarians and vegans

Two sets of menus are provided. One is ovo-lacto-vegetarian (dairy products and eggs are included in these menus. The other is vegan (contains no foods of animal origin). The nutritional tables show how, over the course of a week, your nutrient requirements can be met from vegetarian and vegan meals.

Using the Dayplan

The recipes are numbered and organized in sections so they can be found quickly.

The menus can quite easily be varied. If this is done, it is important to ensure representation of cereals, fruit or vegetables and any one or more of the following at each meal:

Nuts, pulses (vegans)

Milk, cheese, eggs, nuts, pulses (vegetarian)
