Roast Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli

Serves 6

Roast Potatoes

900g / 2lb potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1.5in wedges
15ml / 1tbsp soya oil
15ml / 1tbsp toasted sesame oil
2.5ml / ½tsp salt
10ml / 2tsp rosemary
10ml / 2tsp crushed garlic

Mix together and place in a shallow tin.

Cook uncovered at 150°C/300°F/Gas 2 for 45 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Increase temperature to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.

Steamed Broccoli

550g / 1 ¼lb broccoli should be sufficient for 6 people.

Steam for 7 minutes while starter is being cleared away.
