Additional Information for members
Strategic review
Trustees of the Vegetarian Society are currently carrying out a strategic review to agree the aims and objectives for the charity over the next five years. This may well mean that the charity’s main governing documents (the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association – pdf downloads) need to be rewritten. Trustees would therefore welcome input from members on how these documents should be amended, particularly the charity’s objectives as set out in Section 3(i) of the Memorandum of Association. Please send any comments to the Chief Executive, Annette Pinner, at annette@vegsoc.org .
