Countdown to Christmas

Chocolate Pots

1 packet firm (or soft) silken tofu
100g/4oz dark chocolate

Optional:
Cointreau - 1tbsp/15ml
grated zest 1/2 orange
Juice of " "

or
15ml/1 tbsp rum
15ml/1 tbsp brandy

Use maple syrup to sweeten if necessary.

Method

1. Melt chocolate in bowl over pan of simmering water.

2. Put tofu and optional ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

3. Add melted chocolate and blend.

4. Pour into four ramekins and chill for at least one hour. Decorate with grated chocolate and orange zest.
