Kaiseki tasting menu (7 course vegan meal traditional Japanese style),
as well as Chef's special dishes featuring seasonal
delicacies such as cherry leaf seasoned rice dumpling and cherry blossom
ice cream. Saki celebrates the NVW together with the London's first
Cherry Blossom Fesvital (until 25 May) in association with Akashitai
Brewery. Various prizes available for event participants. Vegetarian
version express lunch set, 3 course lunch/dinner, and Chef's special
Ultra Low Calory 4 course meal (less than 300kcal) are also available.
Customers who mention NVW upon their dinner table booking will receive
a complimentary glass of Akashitai sake. 7 course must be booked 24
hours in advance. Shojin Kaiseki is an integral part of Japanese
cuisine cluture, dating back to the introduction of Buddhism in Japan
back in the 6th Century. Naturally healthy and well-balanced, this
exquisite Japanese vegan diet has rarely been seen on menus in the
west as it has to be done properly and requires specialist skills that
are often taught to a chef over many years of culinary tuition. Saki's

Onozaki, coming from the reputed Hachinoki Restaurant in Kamakura, is the only
