Veggie Kids’ Kitchen National Vegetarian Week 2009
New for National Vegetarian Week 2009 is a brand new recipe booklet aimed at kids in the kitchen. This free resource is full of tasty advice as well as fun and filling recipes. Nutrition, everyday fast food and safety tips are included, plus there are colour images of each dish. Young cooks will love making Party Pizza, Rainbow Fritata, Spicy Mini Wraps followed by, for a sweet tooth, Surprise Chocolate Brownies and Apple Crisp. The booklet Veggie Kids’ Kitchen is free to get hold of, just call 0161 925 2000 and a copy will wing its way to you. National Vegetarian Week 2009 18-24 May 2009 is sponsored by Cauldron Foods. Cauldron Foods together with the Vegetarian Society are encouraging more people to discover the possibilities and benefits of vegetarian cooking. National Vegetarian Week (NVW) is the annual awareness-raising campaign promoting inspirational vegetarian food and the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle.
