Cordon Vert Courses for Mother’s Day
The Vegetarian Society’s Cordon Vert school is offering vegetarian cooking classes for Mother’s Day, the perfect recipe to bring mothers, plus their sons and daughters, together for Mother’s Day. For Mother’s Day, 22 March, get a taste of a luxurious Spanish holiday and take mum to the Viva Espana Workshop at Cordon Vert for a real treat and quality time together. The Viva Espana workshop will allow participants to create dishes like aubergine dip, golden yellow pepper and olive salad, patatas bravas, roasted spiced chickpeas in cinnamon with a garlic and fresh mint salad dressing. Then you and mum get to eat the fruits of your labour and enjoy a glass of well earned, fruity, chilled sangria! More information about courses, dates and prices is available at www.cordonvert.co.uk or call Jane on 0161 925 2014 email jane@vegsoc.org Gift vouchers are also available. The Cordon Vert School has an unrivalled reputation for excellent and innovative vegetarian cuisine drawing on the variety of international flavours and ingredients reflecting current trends in world cuisine with fresh and imaginative ideas. Courses run throughout the year and are taught by Cordon Vert's team of highly qualified and enthusiastic tutors. A relaxed, friendly approach ensures an atmosphere in which individual talent and creativity are positively encouraged. The Cordon Vert School, based in Altrincham, Cheshire, has been feeding the imagination since 1982.
