Spice your Valentine’s Day On Friday 13th couples can spice things up with a Viva Espana Workshop. Enjoy tapas dishes and bring back the memories of a romantic holiday spent in Spain. Saturday will bring out your Italian side with the Italian Workshop, creating classic dishes with a Cordon Vert twist like lemon, mozzarella and herb risotto or fennel baked in a cream and cheese sauce. Sunday is the perfect day to take part in Cordon Vert’s Around the World Workshop. This hands-on workshop will give participants a speedy culinary world trip, making dishes like bobotie from South Africa, coffee, ginger and rum trifle from the Caribbean and dolmades with muhumara from the Middle East.
