Coriander and Chilli Dip


Prep time: 10 minutes
Vegan*
Makes 250ml

Ingredients

80g/1 Large bunch fresh bunch coriander, tough stalks removed
1 Red chilli, de-seeded & chopped
Freshly squeezed
Juice of lime
30ml/2tbsp Clear honey/sugar*
30ml/2tbsp Cold water

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender jug.

Blend, mixing occasionally until smooth.

Refrigerate and serve with hot Red Bean & Cashew savouries.
