summer Workshops

To celebrate the start of summer, we’re launching a series of four exciting workshops. Join us for one or all 4! Each one promises to be an adventure into fresh flavours from all around the world and the best produce of the season. Your evening will begin with a complimentary drink in our newly opened garden. Then onto our cutting edge teaching kitchen, where you’ll be guided through creating a perfect summer dish by our expert tutors. Round out your experience sitting and eating in our communal dining area.

Thursday 5th June: The Ultimate Veggie Burger. Get ready to elevate your burger game! Craft the prefect patty from scratch, toast the best bun, and go to town with toppings!

Thursday 12th June: Bibimbap Bliss. Take a culinary journey to Korea to create this iconic dish. Choc full of fresh, colourful veg, plant-based super proteins, and piquant pickles.

Thursday 19th June: Spicy Bites: Vada Pav and Okra Fries. Learn how to recreate this beloved Mumbai street food dish in your own home. Perfect for those who love bold flavours with a comfort food lilt.

Thursday 26th June: Bao! Wow! We’ll teach you how to cook delicious fillings and steam and fill the perfect bao. Your selection will include: Tofu Katsu, Miso Glazed Aubergine, and Kimchi Oyster Mushroom.

You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.

We’d like to capture our celebrations in photographs and video. There may be press present. If you would like to be excluded from photography, please let your tutor know when you arrive.
