The season that welcomes in the harvest has the pick of the countryside bounty, with some of the sweetest flavours around. Come and join us and discover how to get the most out of seasonal produce – like turning the humble squash into a showstopping centrepiece rich with flavour.

As the days get colder, our food tends to get more comforting. We’ll show you how to celebrate the sheer abundance of available vegetables and wrap them tight in love, flavour… and sometimes some pastry.

Recipes we are likely to make include:

  • Black Rice Paella
  • Corn Fritters
  • Chestnut and Mushroom Bourguignon
  • Stuffed Tomatoes
  • Blackberry Jam
