Tofu is a wonderful food. It is inexpensive, low in fat, rich in protein, and is great for those with milk allergies or who eat a plant-based diet. With a little know-how, tofu can elevate a dish in both nutrition and flavour, so come along and learn in just three hours how to make this versatile ingredient tasty!

We’ll show you the uses of tofu in main meals and desserts, and most importantly, how to cook it with great texture and flavour, so you can master the basics of tofu and try it yourself at home.

Recipes we are likely to make include:

  • Jerk Salad
  • Gumbo
  • Chinese Pancakes
  • Thai Red Curry
  • Vegetable Plait
  • Fruits of the Forest Sundae
