Who says vegan cheese can’t be amazing? Not us! And neither will you with this tasty new cookery experience.

This half day vegan cheese making experience will show you how to make your own and never look back!

You’ll learn how to make soft cheeses, hard cheeses and even vegan cheese that melts! You will also discover when and how to use cheesecloths, and mix up your base with cashews, coconut, almonds or tofu, and master flavourings with herbs, chilli, black pepper and much more…

Recipes we are likely to make include:

  • Smoked Cashew Vegan Cheese
  • Herbed Tofu Ricotta
  • Soft Almond Cheese
  • Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • Vegan Mozzarella
