Christmas Cocktail: Pink Tinsel Fizz

This lightly sparkling drink is one for the younger guests to make!

Christmas Cocktail:  Pink Tinsel Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 litre of sparkling water
  • 50ml elderflower cordial
  • Ice cubes
  • 100g raspberries
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced

Method

  1. Pour the water and elderflower cordial into a jug. Add lots of ice.
  2. Crush the raspberries through a sieve to collect the juice. Discard the seeds.
  3. Add the raspberry juice and mix well.
  4. Finally add the orange and serve.
