Japanese Sharing Platter

Japanese food is very versatile and creative. Our sharing platter will introduce you to some tasty street food recipes that are far different to the usual sushi and noodles offerings.

The platter contains three separate recipes, each of which are linked to from the method steps below.

Ingredients

For the platter

To serve
  • Soy sauce
  • Sriracha mayonnaise

Method

  1. To make the inari: See separate recipe.

  2. To make the tempeh and aubergine yakitori: See separate recipe.

  3. To make the okonomiyaki: See separate recipe.

  4. Once the three recipes are completed, serve them together on a large board with some soy sauce and Sriracha mayonnaise in dipping bowls.
