Spicy Potato Wedges

Spicy Potato Wedges
  • Dairy-Free

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp fine breadcrumbs
  • A pinch cayenne pepper
  • A pinch cumin powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme


  1. Heat the oven to 220°C/gas mark 7.
  2. Place the oil in a bowl and toss the potatoes in it.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, spices and herbs together and sprinkle on to the potatoes.
  4. Toss the potatoes around again to ensure an even spicy coating.
  5. Place potatoes on an oven tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
