- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp smoky chilli sauce
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- You could also add curry paste, hot chilli sauce, lime juice, or whatever you fancy!
- Mix all of the ingredients together to create the baste.
- Gently cook the various vegan sausages, burgers, etc, according to packet instructions. Just as they start to cook brush them with the baste.
