Your Friday night, sorted: cook, eat, and enjoy great company.
You’ll cook along with our expert tutors to create a delicious, seasonal menu, picking up practical tips, techniques and inspiration along the way. Then sit down together to eat, chat and unwind.
Whether you come with friends or join solo, it’s a welcoming, informal evening where great food and good company come together. You’ll leave not only having enjoyed a fantastic meal, but with the confidence to recreate the dishes at home time and time again.
No experience needed, just bring your appetite. We’ll take care of the rest (including the washing up!).
Each Supper Club is a small-group evening with just 18 places, so booking early is recommended.
Bibimbap Supper Club
Discover the vibrant flavours, colours and textures that make Korean cuisine one of the most exciting food traditions in the world. This Supper Club explores the balance of savoury, spicy, sweet and tangy elements that define Korean cooking, creating dishes that are as satisfying to eat as they are beautiful to serve.

Accompanying it are Gaji Bokkeum, a deliciously tender aubergine side infused with garlic and soy, and Musaengchae, a refreshing spicy radish salad that adds brightness and crunch to the meal.
Designed for sharing and packed with flavour, this is an evening that celebrates the joy of gathering around good food. Whether you’re a long-time fan of Korean cuisine or completely new to it, you’ll learn versatile techniques and recipes that are sure to become favourites at home.
