Supper club
Calling all foodies! Join us for an evening Supper Club. It’s a wonderful alternative to going out for dinner – you’ll eat delicious food and learn new skills.
Cook along with our expert tutors to make a gorgeous meal before sitting down to devour it. Whether you book with friends or come by yourself, you’ll enjoy a relaxing, social atmosphere as you unwind, chat and eat great food.
Our supper clubs fill very quickly – we advise booking early to avoid disappointment!

Korean 3rd January 2025
Crispy Oyster Mushroom and Korean Barbecue Tofu Bibimbap with Gaji Bokkeum (stir fried spicy aubergine), a Fried Egg, Crispy Chilli Oil and Musaengchae (pickled radish and carrot)
Louisiana 24th January 2025
Louisiana Style Cajun Gumbo, Spring Onion Rice, Jalapeno Corn Bread and Smoked Paprika and Garlic Crispy Okra Fries
British 31st January 2025
Pressed Mushroom Steak and Onion Pie with Potato, Parsnip and Cannellini Bean Mash, Sautéed Peas, Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Pickled Red Cabbage
Turkish 21st February 2025
Sumac and Cumin Chickpea Kofte, Turkish Ezme Sauce, Oregano Flatbread, Soslu Patlican (Aubergine in a Rich Tomato Sauce), Piyaz Salad (Tomato and Onion Salad in a Sumac Dressing)

You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.

Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all. Please don’t worry if you are a beginner as this class is completely suitable for all levels. All you need is a willingness to learn and give things a go!

What to expect on the day
Tutors will guide you through the preparation of various dishes, teaching you essential cooking skills and techniques while introducing you to key ingredients.
You’ll work mainly individually, allowing you to gain hands-on experience.
You’ll enjoy a relaxed and interactive learning environment with plenty of tastings, and you can take everything you make home with you.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring containers for taking food away with you
There will be the opportunity to purchase additional refreshments and merchandise such as aprons.
Please note that we are a cashless establishment and only accept card payments.

We have lower work stations available for seated use

Meet your tutor
Nikita’s passion for cooking began in childhood, with dreams of one day going on the TV show Ready, Steady, Cook. She said teaching at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School is the closest thing to that dream! Having always worked in hospitality, Nikita did her training at catering college. She has particular interest for Asian cookery and world cuisine.
