Your Friday night, sorted: cook, eat, and enjoy great company.
You’ll cook along with our expert tutors to create a delicious, seasonal menu, picking up practical tips, techniques and inspiration along the way. Then sit down together to eat, chat and unwind.
Whether you come with friends or join solo, it’s a welcoming, informal evening where great food and good company come together. You’ll leave not only having enjoyed a fantastic meal, but with the confidence to recreate the dishes at home time and time again.
No experience needed, just bring your appetite. We’ll take care of the rest (including the washing up!).
Each Supper Club is a small-group evening with just 18 places, so booking early is recommended.
Turkish Supper Club
This Supper Club is inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of Turkish cuisine, where fresh ingredients, rich spices and generous sharing plates sit at the heart of every meal.
Expect a warm, welcoming spread influenced by the bustling food markets and meyhanes of Istanbul. From punchy, herb-packed salads to deeply satisfying, slow-cooked vegetables and savoury bites. It’s food designed to be shared, full of colour, texture and big, comforting flavour.
A relaxed, indulgent evening that captures the spirit of Turkish hospitality, laid-back, sociable, and centred around great food and good company.
All recipes are subject to availability of ingredients.
You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
On the menu for the evening:
-
Turkish Chickpea Kofte
-
Soslu Patlican (aubergine in a rich tomato sauce)
-
Piyaz Salad
-
Oregano Flatbread
