Eat to Beat Climate Change is about getting more people to choose veggie and vegan food more of the time. This is the single biggest thing people can do to help prevent climate change. Plant-based food needs less land, less water and creates less greenhouse gas.
You can pledge to do it on your own, by doing anything from eating one veggie meal a week to going full-time veggie. You can also get other people involved by encouraging your workplace or group to sign up.
