Ingredients

  • Handful of ice
  • 80g frozen raspberries
  • 125g low fat plain natural yogurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 45g rolled oats
  • 125ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve.
