Coriander and Chilli Dip

Preparation 10 mins

Makes 250ml

Egg-Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free

Ingredients

  • 80g fresh coriander, tough stalks removed
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jug.
  2. Blend, mixing occasionally until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate and serve with our hot Red Bean & Cashew savouries.
