Ingredients
- 80g fresh coriander, tough stalks removed
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tbsp cold water
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender jug.
- Blend, mixing occasionally until smooth.
- Refrigerate and serve with our hot Red Bean & Cashew savouries.
