Coriander and Chilli Dip

Makes 250ml

Wheat-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free


  • 80g fresh coriander tough stalks removed
  • 1 red chilli de-seeded and chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp cold water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jug.
  2. Blend, mixing occasionally until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate and serve with our hot Red Bean & Cashew savouries.
