Ingredients
- 4 large filed mushrooms
- 80g blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp paprika
Method
- Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and fill with blue cheese, garlic, herbs and paprika.
- Place on the barbeque for 10-15 minutes.
