New Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

  • 1000g new potatoes
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 2-3 garlic, crushed but left intact in skin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a double-wrapped foil parcel.
  2. Place the parcel on the barbeque grill for 40 minutes or longer depending on the size of the potatoes.
