Lion's Mane Steak
Lions’ Mane Steak
Lion’s Mane mushrooms are an amazing, delicious and clean alternative to beef steaks. Their firm yet tender texture mimics the natural chewiness you expect from a steak while their porous structure soaks up flavour like a sponge!
Join us for an exciting culinary adventure where you’ll learn to transform the unique and versatile Lion’s Mane mushroom into a delicious steak dinner. This hands-on class is perfect for both novice and experienced cooks looking to expand their plant-based cooking repertoire.
What you’ll learn:
Selection and Preparation: Learn how to choose the best Lion’s Mane mushrooms and prepare them ready for cooking.
Cooking Techniques: Master the art of marinating, seasoning, and searing to bring out the mushroom’s natural flavours and achieve a perfect, meaty texture.
Perfect Partners: Explore complementary ingredients and sauces that enhance your Lion’s Mane mushroom steak.
Plating and Presentation: Get tips on how to present your dish to impress family and friends.
You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
