Book Now and Receive Danielle’s Cookbook for Free!

Each attendee will receive a complimentary copy of Chef Danielle’s book, Vegans Deserve Better Than a Fruit Salad—a fun, informative, and idea-inspiring cookery book like no other. Inspired by iconic desserts from the UK and beyond, it covers the essentials of pastry, from buffets and plated desserts to petits fours and birthdays. Traditional English desserts like Eton Mess and sticky toffee pudding take centre stage with a modern vegan twist.

Special attention is given to the often-overlooked basics of vegan pastry, including sponges, creams, pastries, meringues, and chocolate. The book also provides an extensive review of key vegan substitutes, such as egg and dairy replacers, thickeners, and sweeteners. It’s a rare cookbook that offers a professional yet accessible approach to vegan pastry for all skill levels.
