Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 80g whole rolled oats
- 175ml dairy or non-dairy milk
- 50g dairy or vegan soft cheese
- 60g dairy or vegan plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- 50g dark chocolate chips
- 2 Hobnob biscuits, crumbled
- 2 tbsp cherry jam
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- In a lidded tub, mix the oats, milk, soft cheese, yogurt, agave syrup, flax seed, vanilla, and salt (if using). Stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and half of the crumbled biscuits. Split between 2 jars or chunky short tumblers.
- Gently fold in half of the cherry jam to each serving until just swirled through.
- Sprinkle the top of each jar with the remaining biscuit and cocoa powder. Serve immediately. *If you prefer a thicker or looser mix, use less or more liquid by approximately 50ml.
