Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g whole rolled oats
  • 175ml dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 50g dairy or vegan soft cheese
  • 60g dairy or vegan plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • 50g dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Hobnob biscuits, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp cherry jam
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a lidded tub, mix the oats, milk, soft cheese, yogurt, agave syrup, flax seed, vanilla, and salt (if using). Stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and half of the crumbled biscuits. Split between 2 jars or chunky short tumblers.
  3. Gently fold in half of the cherry jam to each serving until just swirled through.
  4. Sprinkle the top of each jar with the remaining biscuit and cocoa powder. Serve immediately. *If you prefer a thicker or looser mix, use less or more liquid by approximately 50ml.
