Ingredients
- 150g frozen soya beans
- 2 tbsp low-fat plain natural yoghurt
- 1 small avocado
- ½ small red chilli
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 10g fresh coriander
- Pinch of salt
- 2 carrots cut into batons
Method
- Place the soya beans in a colander and run under cold water to defrost.
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processer and blitz to a coarse texture. You may need to loosen with a little water.
- Serve with carrot batons.
