Ingredients
To make the snowballs
- 100g white milk chocolate
- 50g plain chocolate
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 25g butter chopped into very small cubes
- 50g icing sugar sieved
To Decorate
- 25g chocolate vermicelli
- 50g desiccated coconut
Method
- Break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt in a medium bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Remove carefully and stir in the coconut, butter and icing sugar. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and roll in the chocolate vermicelli and/or coconut.
- Put each ball into a petit four sweet case and leave in the fridge to chill. Use within one week.
