White Rum and Lime Splash Cocktail

Egg-Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low Fat, Vegan, Wheat-Free

Ingredients
For the drink
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 50g granulated sugar dissolved in 200ml boiling water
- 650g sparkling mineral water
- 125g white rum
To serve
- Slices of lime
- Melon balls
- Crushed ice
Method
- Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Add some crushed ice, and melon balls. Pour into 4 tumblers and serve with crushed ice, umbrellas and slices of lime.
