TAPAS WORKSHOP
Love sharing food with family and friends? This half day class shows you how to make gorgeous Spanish tapas, filled with flavour.
Recipes you are likely to make include:
Roast Aubergine with Whipped Feta and Date Molasses
Vegan Tuna Croquetas with Mojo Rojo
Traditional Potato and Onion Tortilla
Seared Padron Peppers
Butterbean and Tomato Stew
Above recipes are subject to availability of ingredients.
You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
What to expect
Lots of food: Don’t worry about bringing anything to eat, you’ll be nibbling and tasting throughout your cookery experience!
A relaxed, hands-on experience, suitable for all abilities: You’ll work in pairs, groups and individually to hone your cookery skills

Meet your tutor
Nikita’s passion for cooking began in childhood, with dreams of one day going on the TV show Ready, Steady, Cook. She said teaching at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School is the closest thing to that dream! Having always worked in hospitality, Nikita did her training at catering college. She has particular interest for Asian cookery and world cuisine.
