Fancy picking up a new skill? Discover how to make your own sushi at this exciting class. You’ll get hands as you learn how to make mouth-watering traditional and Californian maki rolls, filled with crispy seasonal vegetables, vegan crab and vegan sashimi.

You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
What to expect
Lots of food: Don’t worry about bringing anything to eat, you’ll be nibbling and tasting throughout your cookery experience!
A relaxed, hands-on experience, suitable for all abilities: You’ll work in pairs, groups and individually to hone your cookery skills.
Meet your tutor
Maz has a passion for fantastic flavours! She teaches on a wide range of courses at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School. She now uses her vast experience to teach on our Professional Chefs’ Diploma.Maz has worked with big organisations, including the LGBT Foundation, Manchester University, and has catered for the England women’s cricket team as well.
