Strictly necessary cookies

Our cookie banner sets the _vegsoc_accept_cookies so we can record whether you have accepted cookies or not. 

To process payments securely, the Stripe payment system sets cookies including: _stripe_mid & _atripe_sid

To keep track of your selected items as you move through the purchasing process. the Woocommerce system sets cookies including: woocommerce_cart_hask, woocommerce_items_in_cart & woocommerce_session_*  (* means the cookie can have various different values after  session_ ).

Hotjar is a system that tracks behaviour on a website, it does this in a mainly visual way, providing heatmaps & screen recordings that help us understand where people are having difficulty using  the site. We may also use Hotjar to proceed user surveys, any information you enter into a Hotjar survey form will be stored by Hotjar.

Facebook is a social media site that we advertise on. It uses cookies to track users who visit the site and to measure the success of its advertising and to better target adverts. Facebook sets the _fbp cookie.

LinkedIn Is a social media site that we advertise on. It uses cookies to track users who visit the site and to measure the success of its advertising and to better target adverts.Cookies set  by LinkedIn include: cookie,li_gc and lidc.

Woocommerce analytics

Woocommerce is a very widely used system for adding ecommerce functionality to websites. Woocommerce analytics tracks how visitors reach the website in order to provide attribution information  which tells us which sources of traffic place most orders.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is an email management system that we use for providing newsletter and transactional emails. Mailchimp & Woocommerce share data to help us target relevant emails to visitors and customers. Mailchimp sets the mailchimp_landing_site cookie.

Google ReCaptcha
We use Google reCaptcha to protect against spam.
