Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What’s the difference between your vegetarian and vegan and plant-based certification?
A: Vegetarian products may include dairy, eggs, or honey, while vegan products exclude all animal-derived ingredients. Plant-based is the same as vegan but plants have to characterise the product.

Typically four to six, depending on complexity.

A: It depends on the number of products certified and turnover but it may be less than you think
